In 2011 Agel Langgeng implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as an ERP Financial deployment. Core project activities ran from May 2011 through August 2011 with an R12 focus on financials, inventory, purchasing and process manufacturing to support the companys packaged candy production operations in Bekasi, Indonesia.
The implementation included Oracle Financial modules GL, FA, AR, AP and CM, alongside Oracle Inventory, Oracle Purchasing and Oracle Process Manufacturing. Project responsibilities documented Business Requirement Design, Blueprint and Solution Design, functional design for reports, prototyping, and assistance with system testing to configure accounting, inventory valuation and procurement flows.
Operational scope covered head office and factory operations in Bekasi and targeted business functions including finance, accounts receivable and payable, fixed assets, inventory control, purchasing and production operations. Oracle Process Manufacturing was implemented to underpin quality control, accurate cost calculation and productivity monitoring within plant operations.
Governance and rollout activities emphasized key user training, workshop design, preparation of training materials, conduction of key user training and a structured User Acceptance Test. The program included iterative prototyping and report design to align operational workflows with Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial capabilities and to enable handover to operational teams.
