The implementation operated with an integration point to Paycor for human resources and payroll workflows, Paycor managing new hire and termination data and producing accurate multi state payroll for approximately 400 employees, with payroll expense and payment activity reconciled and posted into Sage Intacct. Operational coverage spanned accounting, benefits administration and payroll workflows, and handled financial recordkeeping across separate entities through maintained filing systems.
Governance and process controls emphasized invoice matching and payment workflows, maintenance of employee and vendor files, weekly financial reporting such as income statement, AR ledger, revenue forecast and AP ledger, and ongoing review and correction of financial entries. Sage Intacct served as the centralized ERP Financial system for transaction posting, reporting and bank reconciliation while supporting established month end and cash monitoring procedures.

Operationally the HR deployment intersected with finance systems, with payroll outputs and employee data reconciled and recorded into Sage Intacct for general ledger posting and deposit recording. Finance retained responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable, vendor and customer master data in the accounting software, three way invoice matching, weekly vendor check runs, and monthly ACH payments, while HR supplied validated payroll and headcount data from Paycor HR.
Governance emphasized shared HR and finance controls, documented filing systems to support separate legal entities, and coordinated month end close and bank reconciliation activities. Regular cadence included running weekly financial reports such as income statement, accounts receivable ledger, revenue forecast and accounts payable ledger, and reviewing and correcting financial entry errors as part of established operational workflows.
