Configuration work focused on formatting and arranging data to meet Oracle NetSuite ERP field type and character limitations and other import requirements. A Master Material Requirements Planning Report was developed and maintained as a revision controlled Bill of Materials deliverable, with validation and approval processes tied to Change Orders and SOPs, including CAD drawing revision handling. The role functioned as a liaison between Engineering, Scientists, and Manufacturing to gather inputs for the master material report and to align product group data.
Post go live governance included NetSuite ERP systems administration for ongoing changes and updates to master data, and weekly purchase and work order tracking within Oracle NetSuite ERP. Process controls emphasized master control validation against change management artifacts and SOPs to preserve data integrity across finance and operational workflows.
