In 2015, Agero implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial system, executing an upgrade to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12. The effort positioned the application as the primary finance and accounting platform for the 2500 employee professional services firm headquartered in the United States.
The implementation focused on core financial modules common to an ERP Financial deployment, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Fixed Assets, with configuration of subledger accounting introduced in R12 to centralize transaction accounting and support statutory close processes. Workstreams included chart of accounts rationalization, accounting rule configuration, period close orchestration and automation of reconciliation processes, along with taxation and compliance parameter setup.
Project governance followed standard upgrade practices with phased testing and cutover sequencing, incorporating data conversion, system configuration validation and multi-stage user acceptance testing. The program included finance process standardization activities and structured training for accounting and treasury users to stabilize operational support after the Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 upgrade.

In 2020, Agero implemented Greenhouse ATS. Agero deployed Greenhouse ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize recruiting and host public job listings on the company website, surfacing requisitions and application flows to external candidates.
The Greenhouse ATS implementation was configured to manage core applicant tracking workflows, including job posting and requisition management, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling and coordination, structured interview scoring, and offer workflows. Greenhouse ATS was used to standardize hiring workflows and provide a single source of candidate records for HR and hiring managers.
Operational coverage targeted Agero’s corporate recruiting function and talent acquisition teams supporting hires across the United States, with the ATS integrated into Agero’s careers pages to present live job openings and collect applications. The deployment centralized candidate data and provided recruiting teams and hiring managers access to a unified application and interview orchestration platform.
Governance changes included formalizing requisition approval paths and interview scorecard usage to create consistent evaluation processes, and configuring role-based access controls within Greenhouse ATS to align recruiter and hiring manager responsibilities. The configuration emphasized structured workflows and visibility for recruiting operations without naming additional third party integrations.
