The broader application landscape included SharePoint hosted on Azure, Mendix low code applications hosted on AWS ECS, FileNet, JIRA, Fusion Middleware SOA Suite interfaces, OIM for identity, and an iLobby visitor management solution deployed across 36 sites. Operational governance was structured around ITIL practices, with incident management, problem management, demand management, and audit and compliance controls applied to change management and service delivery. Implementation and support processes emphasized orchestration of SOA interfaces, reconciliation automation, tax rule execution, and centralized change governance to align finance, procurement, and HR payroll operations. The program explicitly enabled revenue growth, cost savings, and business process improvements through planning and implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite alongside coupled cloud applications. Agilent Technologies India used this integrated ERP Financial stack to unify transactional finance, tax automation, procure to pay, and reconciliations while supporting global rollouts and site level services.
