The implementation was executed in collaboration with Odoo Business Solutions OBS Solutions and supported by an internal project group of three staff responsible for Supply Chain, Accounting and IT technical setup.
Project governance prioritized a standardized configuration and phased multi-company cutover, enabling a rapid deployment that went live after only four months.
