Odoo Legacy Odoo Open Source ERP ERP Financial ERP OBS Solutions 2020 2020
In 2020, AH Industries implemented Odoo Open Source ERP as an ERP Financial solution across its multi-company manufacturing organization. AH Industries is based in Horsens, Denmark with four locations including one in China, operating a multi-company structure of approximately 8 to 9 legal entities and deploying Odoo for roughly 325 users within a 350 person company size. The deployment encompassed Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting modules on Odoo Open Source ERP, with configuration focused on standard functionality to minimize custom development. A deliberate customization was applied to the Manufacturing app to enable shifting and splitting of operations to accommodate disruptions in a non-line production environment. The environment is hosted on Odoo.sh. AH Industries consolidated three different versions of Microsoft Navision per location into a single Odoo instance to centralize multi-language, multi-currency and cross-site transactional data for global customers and suppliers. The implementation was executed in collaboration with Odoo Business Solutions OBS Solutions and supported by an internal project group of three staff responsible for Supply Chain, Accounting and IT technical setup. Project governance prioritized a standardized configuration and phased multi-company cutover, enabling a rapid deployment that went live after only four months. After go-live AH Industries reported that Odoo Open Source ERP is open and user friendly, browser based for mobile and tablet access, and provides increased operational flexibility and easier corrections compared to previous software, supporting manufacturing, sourcing, machining and logistics workflows.

Odoo Legacy Odoo Manufacturing Manufacturing ERP ERP Services and Operations OBS Solutions 2020 2020
In 2020, AH Industries implemented Odoo Manufacturing as part of a consolidated Odoo suite to address its multi-company and international operations. The project targeted Manufacturing ERP requirements across four locations in two countries, consolidating business processes for production planning, shop floor control, procurement and financials into a single platform. The implementation included core modules Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting, deployed on Odoo.sh and provisioned for approximately 325 Odoo users. Configuration emphasized standard Odoo functionality with limited customization, complemented by a specific enhancement to give manufacturing orders increased flexibility to shift and split operations when disruptions occur, aligning shop floor workflows with the companys bespoke machining and assembly processes. AH Industries consolidated three different versions of Microsoft Navision into one multi-company Odoo environment, supporting multi-language and multi-currency operations for an estimated 8 to 9 legal entities. The implementation was delivered in collaboration with OBS Solutions, and an internal project group of three people managed supply chain, accounting and IT technical setup, reflecting a tight governance model during deployment. Governance and rollout focused on rapid adoption and minimal programming to preserve future updateability, enabling a go live within 3 to 4 months through close partner collaboration and high internal responsiveness. Post go live, AH Industries reported that Odoo Manufacturing and the broader Odoo suite provided browser based, mobile capable access that improved operational flexibility and day to day corrective action, while keeping the solution predominantly standard to simplify ongoing maintenance.
