In 2020, AH Industries implemented Odoo Open Source ERP as an ERP Financial solution across its multi-company manufacturing organization. AH Industries is based in Horsens, Denmark with four locations including one in China, operating a multi-company structure of approximately 8 to 9 legal entities and deploying Odoo for roughly 325 users within a 350 person company size.
The deployment encompassed Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting modules on Odoo Open Source ERP, with configuration focused on standard functionality to minimize custom development. A deliberate customization was applied to the Manufacturing app to enable shifting and splitting of operations to accommodate disruptions in a non-line production environment. The environment is hosted on Odoo.sh.
AH Industries consolidated three different versions of Microsoft Navision per location into a single Odoo instance to centralize multi-language, multi-currency and cross-site transactional data for global customers and suppliers. The implementation was executed in collaboration with Odoo Business Solutions OBS Solutions and supported by an internal project group of three staff responsible for Supply Chain, Accounting and IT technical setup.
Project governance prioritized a standardized configuration and phased multi-company cutover, enabling a rapid deployment that went live after only four months. After go-live AH Industries reported that Odoo Open Source ERP is open and user friendly, browser based for mobile and tablet access, and provides increased operational flexibility and easier corrections compared to previous software, supporting manufacturing, sourcing, machining and logistics workflows.

In 2020, AH Industries deployed Odoo Inventory on Odoo.sh as the inventory component in the Inventory Management category of a broader Odoo suite implementation. The deployment was executed with OBS Solutions and included Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting modules to support the companys parts manufacturing operations.
AH Industries consolidated four locations across Denmark and China into a single multi company, multi language, and multi currency configuration to centralize inventory visibility and financial reporting. The company transitioned away from three different installs of Microsoft Navision per location to a unified Odoo Inventory driven inventory management architecture, with approximately 325 Odoo users configured across the environment.
Odoo Inventory was configured using standard inventory management workflows including stock moves, pickings, and warehouse operations, with minimal customizations to retain upgradeability. The Manufacturing app required a targeted enhancement to allow splitting and rerouting of manufacturing operations when disruptions occur, enabling flexibility in order execution without adopting heavy bespoke development.
Operational governance was built around an internal project group of three stakeholders covering Supply Chain, Accounting, and IT, with OBS Solutions serving as the implementation partner, and hosting maintained on Odoo.sh. The implementation approach prioritized standardization to reduce future maintenance, and the project achieved a rapid go live in three months due to close cooperation and fast response cycles between AH Industries and OBS Solutions.
Post go live, AH Industries reported the browser based Odoo Inventory and related modules delivered greater operational flexibility, easier error correction, and mobile device access for shop floor and logistics teams, supporting their international supplier and customer interactions. The standardized Odoo Inventory deployment supports multi company inventory reconciliation and cross site supply chain workflows, while keeping the system open for iterative process improvements.
