In 2019, AHP Servicing implemented ICE Mortgage Black Knight MSP. AHP Servicing is the country’s only crowdfunded residential loan servicer and contracted MSP to centralize its mortgage servicing operations. ICE Mortgage Black Knight MSP, operating as a Loan Management platform, was positioned to manage end to end servicing tasks across the firm.
The implementation encompassed core MSP modules for loan boarding, customer service, payment processing, escrow administration and default management, and included Black Knight Servicing Digital for borrower engagement. AIP, Black Knight's Actionable Intelligence Platform, was provisioned to deliver analytics including the Portfolio Overview Suite and the Lien Alert Suite. Configuration emphasized systems of record for loan lifecycle workflows and automation of notifications and tasking through AIP.
AHP Servicing also licensed Black Knight default solutions including Foreclosure and Bankruptcy, and a web based Invoicing solution, all integrated with MSP to maintain transaction consistency and workflow continuity. Integrations were explicit between MSP and the default and invoicing modules, ensuring data flow for billing, loss mitigation and legal workflows. Operational coverage extended across servicing, default, billing and investor reporting functions.
Governance changes centered on embedding AIP into operational decisioning so analytics feed actionable tasks to servicing teams and escalation workflows, while the Foreclosure and Bankruptcy application provided an enterprise workflow backbone for legal processes. Servicing Digital was configured to deliver timely, personalized loan data to borrowers and to provide online payment capability and self service pathways. These capabilities required aligning customer service, default and finance processes to the MSP data model and workflow engine.
Black Knight stated the suite was chosen to support AHP Servicing's growth initiatives and to improve borrower and investor engagement. Reported outcomes include deeper investor and borrower relationships, improved member retention through enhanced online servicing and stated potential to grow revenue, improve margins and reduce risk. No quantitative results were provided in the announcement.

In 2019, AHP Servicing deployed the ICE Mortgage Black Knight Actionable Intelligence Platform as part of a broader adoption of Black Knight servicing technologies including MSP and Servicing Digital. The ICE Mortgage Black Knight Actionable Intelligence Platform was integrated to provide Analytics and BI capabilities that deliver timely, actionable analytics to servicing stakeholders.
MSP was provisioned to manage core mortgage servicing workflows, including loan boarding, customer service, payment processing, escrow administration and default management. Servicing Digital was configured to provide a borrower-facing portal for round-the-clock access to home and loan information, online payment capability and personalized refinance or home equity engagement paths. AIP was implemented with the Portfolio Overview Suite for proactive performance monitoring and the Lien Alert Suite for instant lien-related notifications, instrumenting analytics-driven next-action guidance.
AHP Servicing also deployed Black Knight default solutions, notably Foreclosure and Bankruptcy and the Invoicing web-based billing solution, with both default modules integrated into MSP to support end-to-end default workflow orchestration and billing reconciliation. Operational coverage centers on servicing operations and default management, while Servicing Digital extends capabilities into borrower engagement and investor reporting workflows. The combined architecture emphasizes integrated data flows between servicing, default and billing systems to enable cohesive operational processes.
Deployment included contract-level commitment to multiple Black Knight servicing solutions and a coordinated rollout to centralize servicing functions on a single vendor suite. Company statements indicate the implementation is intended to improve borrower experience, deepen investor and borrower relationships and support growth initiatives, while AIP provides the analytics foundation to inform operational actions and monitoring.
