In 2012, AICA Indonesia implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as an ERP Financial system to centralize core finance and order management processes. The implementation ran from June 2012 to August 2012, aligning finance, receivables, payables and order-to-cash workflows with manufacturing planning.
AICA Indonesia deployed Oracle E-Business Suite modules including ASCP, Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and General Ledger. The configuration focused on standard financial ledgers and period close controls in General Ledger, transaction processing and collections in Accounts Receivable, invoice and payment workflows in Accounts Payable, treasury controls and bank reconciliation in Cash Management, and order orchestration and fulfillment in Order Management.
ASCP was configured to synchronize supply planning signals with committed orders, tightening the connection between manufacturing planning and order execution within the ERP Financial footprint. Oracle E-Business Suite functioned as the single system of record for transactional finance and operational order flows, supporting integrated planning and accounting transactions.
Governance emphasized finance and operations process harmonization, master data consolidation for chart of accounts and customer and vendor records, and establishment of standardized workflows for period close and cash reconciliation. The June to August 2012 rollout concentrated module configuration and cutover activities for finance, order management, and planning teams operating in Indonesia.

The GetBooked deployment is positioned to capture inbound meeting requests and to provide an online booking surface for customer appointments and internal coordination, using embedded booking pages served directly from the corporate site.
The implementation concentrates on standard Online Meeting Scheduling capabilities, including an embedded booking widget and configurable booking pages, appointment type configuration, availability management, time zone handling, buffer and lead time rules, and automated confirmations and reminders. GetBooked is configured to present selectable meeting types and time slots to external visitors, with administrative controls to adjust scheduling windows and booking policies.
Operationally the GetBooked instance supports commercial functions, primarily sales and customer service teams, by routing website-sourced bookings into a centralized scheduling layer. Governance for the GetBooked rollout centers on admin role configuration, booking policy enforcement, and booking page maintenance to align internal availability with customer-facing options. Configuration and ongoing administration are handled through the GetBooked management console, with site embedding used to preserve brand and user flow on AICA Indonesia’s website.
