Teams generated Monday Reports to recap weekly activity and compiled prior closing month data directly from Entrata to feed executive reporting. Governance and process controls were formalized around regular close and legal timelines, including completing all documentation for legal filings on accounts with balances over $500 between the 10th and 12th of each month, and standing representation at monthly Landlord Tenant hearings. The rollout documented responsibilities for resident retention outreach, where leasing staff call residents who provide notice to vacate to attempt retention, and defined approval gates for write-offs and collections placement. The deployment maintained a quantified operational outcome, with monthly closing delinquency held at an average of 0.77 percent, and continued to rely on Entrata Property Management for core leasing, collections, and reporting workflows.
