Governance and rollout were organized through a program office approach, with business process improvement, change management and program management roles driving continuous improvement across regions. The redeployment in the company core region intentionally reduced configuration complexity and was reported to enable five times faster resolution times, while platform ownership included ongoing prioritization through a global consortium for iterative enhancements.
