In 2023 Air Peace deployed the Hitit Airline Passenger Service System to modernize core commercial and operational systems. The deployment implemented Passenger Service Systems capabilities for reservations, online and mobile booking, loyalty management and departure control across the carrier's West Africa network.
Air Peace integrated Hitit's Crane solutions and deployed Crane IBE, Crane MA, Crane LL and Crane DCS to provide e-commerce, merchandising and ancillary management, loyalty program management and real time departure control capabilities. The implementation connected booking and inventory capabilities to departure control processes, and configured the Hitit Airline Passenger Service System modules to support standard PSS workflows such as shopping, booking, ticketing and boarding reconciliation.
The rollout targeted Nigeria's largest private airline with operational coverage across West Africa, aiming to support rapid network growth and improve passenger experience and IT scalability. Governance emphasis centered on centralizing reservation and departure control workflows, aligning commercial merchandising with loyalty issuance, and enabling operations teams to manage day of operations through the Crane DCS implementation.

| Tawk.to | Legacy | Tawk.to | Chatbots and Conversational AI | AI-Powered Application | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Air Peace implemented Tawk.to on its public website. Tawk.to is deployed as a web-embedded Chatbots and Conversational AI solution providing a live chat widget to handle real-time passenger inquiries and asynchronous messaging. The deployment is front-end oriented, added via the site script to surface visitor-initiated conversations inside the Tawk.to agent dashboard and to enable visitor monitoring and chat transcript capture.
Functional capabilities in use align with Chatbots and Conversational AI patterns, including live chat, canned responses, offline messaging and transcript logging. The implementation supports customer support and reservation inquiry workflows on the corporate site, consolidating inbound web conversations into a centralized agent interface. Administration and configuration are performed through the Tawk.to dashboard for widget placement, availability hours and message templates. For a carrier with 46 employees the architecture remains lightweight, leveraging the hosted Tawk.to service for conversational routing and session persistence.

| Legacy | Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014, Air Peace implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as its primary Collaboration platform. The cloud-hosted Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) deployment provides core productivity and collaboration capabilities, including Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Meet, managed through the centralized Admin console. For a 46 employee Nigerian carrier, the implementation follows small enterprise patterns by shifting email, document storage and synchronous collaboration to Google's cloud infrastructure to reduce on-premises footprint.
Public website metadata indicates Air Peace is using Google Workspace on their website, which suggests Workspace accounts and services are integrated into their external communication and internal collaboration workflows. Operational coverage is consistent with airline business functions such as corporate communications, reservations support, finance and operations, using role-based access and shared drives to control document access. Governance appears to rely on Google Workspace administrative controls and standard browser-based management for user provisioning, group policies and data access controls.
