The implementation focused on practical, site level usage for sales engineers and product development team members, extending to aftersales and occasional international sales activities. Rollout and governance were executed under Airbag Man's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, with on the job training provided for administrators and end users, and a standard three month probationary orientation for new hires consuming benefits. Perkbox Platform was positioned to standardize recognition and benefits administration across operational teams, while fitting into existing quality and training controls.
