White Cup Legacy White Cup BI Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Airmatic implemented White Cup BI to strengthen its Analytics and BI capabilities and to address manual report-writing and ERP reporting constraints tied to Epicor Prelude. The deployment focused on delivering inventory, sales and finance reports in a format non-technical staff can run, shifting routine reporting out of spreadsheet processes and ad hoc ERP exports. The White Cup BI implementation delivered configured modules for inventory reporting, sales performance reporting and financial reporting, along with dashboarding and ad hoc query capabilities. Report templates and scheduled distribution workflows were established to standardize output for frontline sales, marketing analysts and operations coordinators, enabling self service access to core operational metrics. Operational coverage extended across sales, marketing and operations, centralizing the reporting workflows that had been produced through manual processes and Epicor Prelude exports. The implementation emphasis was on governance through standardized report templates and role based access to ensure consistent data consumption across departments. Outcomes documented in vendor materials include significant time savings and improved decision making across sales, marketing and operations, achieved by enabling non-technical staff to run inventory, sales and finance reports directly in White Cup BI. The project prioritized rapid operational adoption and report availability rather than complex architectural changes.
