In 2022 Ajio India implemented the Haptik AI Platform on its website. The Haptik AI Platform is deployed as a Chatbots and Conversational AI solution to deliver automated conversational engagement within the Ajio digital storefront, aligning the application with customer service and e-commerce support functions.
The deployment focused on a web chat interface and conversational flow orchestration, with configuration of intent classification, entity capture, scripted FAQ and self-service workflows, and human escalation paths. The Haptik AI Platform implementation included scenario-based dialogue trees and templated responses to standard retail inquiries, enabling consistent bot behavior and centralized dialogue versioning.
Operationally the Haptik AI Platform is embedded in Ajio website pages to surface conversational help across product discovery, checkout assistance, and post-purchase queries, supporting customer support and e-commerce operations within Ajio India.
