In 2018 Al-Dabbagh Group implemented Oracle Cloud HCM in the Core HR category to centralize workforce administration for its c.25,500 employees across Saudi Arabia. The engagement was delivered with Evosys as the implementation partner and focused on deploying Oracle Cloud HCM as the enterprise Core HR platform for the holding company and its operating units.
The implementation configured a full suite of Core HR and talent modules, including Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, HR Admin Self Service, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management components for career development and career planning, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Learning Management, and Profile Management. Reporting capabilities were provisioned using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence OTBI alongside custom reports, and security configuration was implemented as a discrete module to manage role based access and entitlement controls.
Architecturally the program established Oracle Cloud HCM as a cloud native, modular SaaS application, with configuration centered on role based security and profile driven access. The deployment leveraged Oracle Cloud HCM built in workflows for performance and goal cycles, and used OTBI for embedded analytics and operational reporting to support HR administration and talent processes.
Governance practices created during the rollout included defined HR Admin and manager approval workflows, configuration of talent review and succession planning processes, and change governance overseen by Evosys and the internal HR transformation team. The program emphasized standardized HR data models, controlled security roles, and structured learning and performance workflows to align talent processes with centralized Core HR records.
Operationally the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation impacted HR, payroll, talent management, learning, and line managers across Al-Dabbagh Group, with Oracle Cloud HCM serving as the primary system of record for employee profiles and HR transactions. Oracle Cloud HCM in the Core HR category was restated across administrative, manager and employee facing processes to unify profile management, payroll processing, absence tracking, and talent lifecycle activities.
