The technical stack comprised Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and MS SQL Server 2012, with business intelligence components implemented using Microsoft SQL SharePoint SSIS SSAS and Performance Point. SQL Reporting Services provided operational reporting and an attendance time machine was attached to the Dynamics database for time entry integration. The IT team also provided functional support integration with Oracle EBS for HR procurement and project modules to maintain cross system process continuity.
Implementation governance was led by an internal software development team reporting to the IT manager, responsible for administration upgrades from Dynamics GP v9.0 through v2018 and applying Microsoft hot fixes and service packs.
