SAP HCM localization was implemented for UAE Payroll and Time Management addressing sick and maternity leaves, leave advance, ticket benefits, WPS, and school fees benefits. Technical support and facilitation were provided for SuccessFactors Employee Central, PMGM, and Recruiting modules, including configuration workbook preparation and test script execution, creating operational linkages between cloud HR modules and on-premise SAP ECC. Time Deviation approvals and mobile time workflows were exposed using Fiori apps and mobile applications to support approvals and field operations. Governance and rollout were managed within the group level, with a single resource responsible for coordinating multiple HCM projects across the Group of Companies. Responsibilities included stakeholder workshops with business owners, aligning configurations to HR policy, running test cycles, delivering admin training, and providing post-implementation support for SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integrations with SAP ERP ECC 6.0.

Operationally the role managed multiple HCM projects for the group, single handedly overseeing rollout activities, post-implementation support, and direct engagement with business owners to translate HR policies into system rules. Time deviation approvals and mobile self service were implemented using Fiori Apps and mobile apps to support operational workflows and approvals across employee populations.
