Program governance centralized digital product and channel ownership to streamline decision making between IT and business units, with process reconfiguration around API first development and centralized product configuration. Rollout planning emphasized phased channel launches and integration testing between Temenos Infinity and Temenos Transact to maintain continuity of customer services. |
