Project activities included blueprint documentation, rewriting of procurement and inventory processes, drafting of technical specifications for bespoke developments, and extensive data cleansing and transfer of technical master data from SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA. Test governance covered unit tests, integration tests and user acceptance tests, supported by scripted test cases.
Integrations and operational coverage were defined to include an interface with the WMS Reflex system, and strong cross-module interactions with PP, SD, Material Data, QM, EWM, FI and CO. The program planned and coordinated transition activities to minimize disruption during cutover, executed migration scripts and provided post go live support. Training and enablement were delivered to both key users and end users, with issue tracking and resolution managed through JIRA tickets.
Governance focused on a centralized core model, documented blueprint and user enablement to enforce consistent master data and process rules across sites. Role based responsibilities included key user stewardship for MM and structured handover of operational support, while change control and technical specifications governed custom development.
