Operational coverage included contact center operations and compliance teams in both regions, standardizing capture and retention processes for service quality review and regulatory recordkeeping. Alexander Forbes Group Holdings implemented Eleveo Call Recording as its Call Tracking and Recording platform to support customer service and compliance functions. The implementation improved the firms ability to capture and retain customer interactions for service and compliance purposes, which was an explicit objective of the deployment.
