Oracle OBIEE was configured to deliver daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports focused on insight and trend analysis, and was evolved to provide dynamic, forward projection focused reporting for senior management and wider teams.
Operational integrations and data sources included Taleo OBI and Microsoft Office based workflows, which were used to monitor and present performance data and agreed SLAs. The role managed reporting and data integrity across multiple locations globally, provided reporting both to Alexander Mann Solutions and to the client Credit-Suisse, and also managed the invoicing process tied to reporting deliverables.
Governance was formalized through agreed reporting processes and SLAs with the client, with monthly governance decks to outline performance against SLAs and overall operational performance. Ongoing review cycles were established to monitor and report on SLAs using the available business intelligence tools, and training workshops were delivered to onsite recruitment teams and MI Analysts to support adoption and sustainment.
