These integrations supported end to end HR processes such as time driven payroll calculations, candidate to hire handoffs, performance based compensation adjustments, and reconciliation with treasury and finance systems. The program also extended process automation beyond treasury to credit facility workflows, legal process automation and other approval processes, reflecting a coordinated governance approach between treasury, finance and legal stakeholders. Explicit operational achievements documented in the program include automated bank balance MT 940 statement processing, establishment of H2H connectivity with three banks, and automation of vendor payment and treasury interbank transfers. The implementation of FIS Treasury and Risk Manager - Quantum Edition served as a platform-level modernization within Alfahim's Treasury Management environment and was integrated with multiple enterprise and bank systems as part of the ongoing digital transformation effort.
