In 2025, Alight Tempe implemented EliseAI on its public website. The initial deployment focused on embedding the EliseAI web widget on contact and property listing pages to centralize visitor interactions on the site.
Configuration emphasized multi turn conversational flows, intent classification, FAQ automation, and lead capture workflows using the EliseAI administrative console. The team configured templates for visitor qualification and scheduling requests, established fallback routing to human staff through existing contact channels, and enabled conversation logging and engagement analytics to trace conversation paths. Natural language processing tuning and training of intents were managed through EliseAI's configuration tools.
Operational governance assigns ownership to customer facing teams including sales and property management, who maintain content, approve conversation changes, and run periodic intent review cycles. Rollout was phased by page type with a governance process for content updates and training, and monitoring procedures were put in place to review conversational performance.
