The implementation covered configuration and functional setup for Concur Invoice with aligned Concur Expense and Travel modules, while the broader finance footprint included General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Fixed Assets and Professional Services/Projects in S4HC. Automation and orchestration features were leveraged, including UiPath robotic process automation to handle transactional processing and custom .Net applications such as the Engagement Budget Tool and Master Data Management to support downstream financial controls.
Integrations were explicitly built between SAP Concur Invoice and S4HC, SAP Analytics Cloud, and over a dozen customer cloud applications developed on the SAP Business Technology Platform, creating end-to-end invoice and payment data flows. The environment also integrated with time capture systems and banking integrations using SAP’s Multi-bank connector, and operational support included 2nd and 3rd level application support, vendor and offshore teams for AMS, and coordination of authentication through Single Sign On certificates.
Governance and operations were organized around Agile delivery, using a sprint board to manage a backlog of user stories, conducting functional and system integration testing for sprint items, and executing cutover and release activities. Governance around the Greenhouse ATS centers on confidential and legally compliant data capture, standardized reporting and meeting agendas derived from ATS data, and continuous process improvement to support candidate experience and stakeholder alignment. Banking interfaces used SAP’s Multi-bank connector, and security and access controls were managed through user provisioning and coordinated certificate management for Single Sign On. Operational support was structured with 2nd and 3rd level application support, Help Desk coordination, and vendor and offshore teams participating in AMS operational support.
Governance and rollout followed a sprint-driven backlog model, using a Sprint board and user stories to prioritize enhancements and fixes. Functional and unit system integration testing, cutover and production deployment activities, release and upgrade testing, and documentation were led by the Corporate Applications finance support team. Training content, end-user training, and change management programs were part of the governance scope to increase adoption among Accounting, Finance, and Travel Services stakeholders.
