In 2023 All Together Brands implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - Inventory Management with Folio3 to centralize finance, inventory and eCommerce workflows in the United States. The deployment targeted the Inventory Management functional area and combined Business Central's Inventory and Warehouse modules with custom variant and bill of materials logic to support cloth diaper and linens manufacturing and distribution. Configuration emphasized barcode-driven warehouse processes, introducing barcode scanning for pick, pack and cycle counts and automating fulfillment steps to reduce manual reconciliation. Custom variant and bill of materials logic was embedded in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - Inventory Management to handle product variants and assembly requirements inherent to the customer's SKU mix. Integrations included real-time order synchronization with Shopify and Amazon to drive fulfillment, and finance centralization within Business Central to align inventory valuation and order accounting. Operational coverage encompassed inventory control, warehouse operations, eCommerce order processing and finance teams across the United States. Folio3 led the implementation and rollout, establishing governance around warehouse scanning, inventory reconciliation workflows and order synchronization procedures. The project delivered approximately 80 percent reduction in manual reconciliation effort and approximately 40 percent faster fulfillment through barcode automation and real-time order sync.
