OGL prof.ITplus was configured with Stock Control, Sales Order Management, Customer Relationship Management, Finance & Accounting, Trade Counter, and Reporting & Analytics modules. Functional configuration emphasized mobile order entry and digital call and record cards for sales reps, enabling remote order capture, real-time stock visibility, price checking, and centralized financial posting and trade counter transaction handling. Operational coverage included trade counters, telesales, branch locations, and field sales, and processes were modernised to centralize order capture, reporting, and customer information workflows. The hosted architecture increased security and mitigated hardware failure risk, and Allfix reported improved performance where reports that previously took 10 or more minutes now complete in less than 1 minute. Allfix plans to expand use of OGL prof.ITplus across additional sales counters and to work with OGL to evolve ecommerce capabilities.
