In 2022, Alliance Building Services implemented Team Software WinTeam as its ERP Financial system. The deployment targeted the finance organization supporting commercial property accounts, with on-site usage documented in New York by finance staff and interns using WinTeam for day to day financial operations.
Configuration centered on standard ERP Financial capabilities, including general ledger driven accounting, budgeting and budget to actuals reporting, accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows, and contract billing or job costing functionality aligned to building-level service contracts. Team Software WinTeam was used to produce ad hoc reporting and financial analysis, and to supply cost and profitability inputs for Request for Proposal preparation for commercial properties.
