In 2023 Allplan deployed Totara Engage as a core component of its ALLPLAN Learn Now initiative, using the Totara Engage application to strengthen Customer Engagement for customer education and enablement. The implementation realized a global learning hub built on Totara Learn integrated with Totara Engage to deliver multilingual product guides, tutorials and embedded Engage resources to customers and partners.
The multi‑phase implementation combined Totara Learn LMS capabilities for course management, authoring and enrollment with Totara Engage community and resource-curation capabilities to host 130+ courses and 4,300+ how to guides. Functional capabilities implemented include multilingual content delivery, tutorial sequencing, embedded resource libraries and centralized content curation to support self-service learning and structured enablement workflows.
Integrations were explicit between Totara Learn and Totara Engage, providing a unified learning and engagement layer that supports 11,000+ users in 50+ countries. Operational coverage targeted customer-facing functions to drive product adoption and enablement at scale, with content and access governed for global, multilingual audiences.
The rollout was executed in multiple phases with implementation partner Arrabiata Solutions Germany, establishing content governance and phased regional deployments to manage localization and course catalog expansion. Outcomes explicitly reported include improved product adoption and enabled upsell opportunities through the ALLPLAN Learn Now hub, with the Totara Engage and Totara Learn combination serving as the Customer Engagement platform for ongoing customer education.
