In 2020, Alsi Resort implemented IQware Hospitality ERP, deploying the Hospitality ERP to support online booking and core property operations through their public website. The implementation addressed a single United States resort operating with about 30 employees and consolidated web-driven reservation capture with onsite operational workflows.
IQware Hospitality ERP was configured to provide standard Hospitality ERP functional scope, including property management, reservations and rate management, point of sale, housekeeping task coordination and core accounting capabilities. The deployment reinforced the reservation-to-folio workflow, with IQware Hospitality ERP capturing website bookings directly into the PMS layer and generating guest folios for back-office posting.
Operational coverage for the system encompassed front desk, reservations, finance and food and beverage activities, with system ownership centralized within resort operations and finance teams. Go-live governance was executed internally, using a phased rollout that prioritized website booking integration first and then extended to back-office accounting and operational workflows.
