Operational coverage for the system encompassed front desk, reservations, finance and food and beverage activities, with system ownership centralized within resort operations and finance teams. Go-live governance was executed internally, using a phased rollout that prioritized website booking integration first and then extended to back-office accounting and operational workflows.
