Implementation activities included site asset verification and asset data loading for SEC 2, and the project leveraged database tools and SQL based queries for data cleansing and import, reflecting hands on CMMS EAM engineering work. Governance and rollout emphasized plant wide training programs including awareness, refresher, and education sessions, plus site level asset verification to validate records. The project record notes successful SEC 2 asset data loading, successful LOTO data loading, paperless transaction enablement for SEC 1 and SEC 2, and configuration of PTW electronic signatures for plant maintenance shutdowns as explicit delivery outcomes.
