Rollout relied on a train-the-trainers program to accelerate adoption and standardize user onboarding, and governance was updated to link corrective action workflows and document control to the ISO compliance program. The implementation resulted in streamlined corrective action tracking and better performance monitoring as described in the implementation notes.
