Governance and rollout were executed as a three year programme culminating in 2022, with group level process standardization and a common back office strategy that centralized HR records and reporting. Alter Domus reported that with these systems in place throughout the full financial year 2023 they were seeing improved efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, stronger business controls, and enhanced performance management and management decision making.
