Integrations were implemented as part of the consolidated platform, with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central connected into SAP S/4 HANA on the Cloud for accounting, financial and treasury activities, feeding HR data into SAP DataWarehouseCloud and SAP Analytics Cloud for management reporting and planning, and operating alongside SalesForce for sales and client management reporting. The deployment therefore functioned as an integrated Core HR node within a broader SAP analytics and ERP estate used across the Group. Governance and rollout were executed as a three year programme culminating in 2022, with group level process standardization and a common back office strategy that centralized HR records and reporting. Alter Domus reported that with these systems in place throughout the full financial year 2023 they were seeing improved efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, stronger business controls, and enhanced performance management and management decision making.
