Daily operational workflows included vendor communications with two to five vendors per day when packing list items were missing, and coordinated discrepancy resolution workflows with accounting personnel to reconcile shipments. Physical handling and putaway used a stand up pallet jack and a sit down forklift to distribute product around the warehouse, and staffing activities included conducting interviews for shipping and receiving positions. The deployment emphasized transaction level inventory accuracy, with Epicor Prophet 21 Inventory Management used to track receipts, putaway, and shipping records across shipping and receiving, accounting, and vendor management functions.
