In 2011, altima implemented Cegid ERP as its core Retail Management application. The deployment covered the Cegid ERP complete suite and was led by altima's IT administration function, which took responsibility for implementation and ongoing maintenance, including server administration and SQL BDD management.
The Cegid ERP configuration delivered core Retail Management capabilities, with functional coverage aligned to inventory control, point of sale transaction processing, merchandising and purchasing workflows, and financial accounting modules. Workstreams included database schema provisioning on SQL servers, application parameterization to match retail business rules, and automation of batch processing and scheduled maintenance routines.
Operational scope focused on retail operations together with central finance and IT management, positioning Cegid ERP as the primary system of record for merchandise, sales, procurement, and accounting processes. The program included drafting of ERP migration specifications, indicating formalized migration planning, specification authoring, and structured data migration activities during rollout.
Governance emphasized specification-driven migration and IT ownership for ongoing maintenance, with documented procedures for server and database administration and suite-level upkeep. The implementation established Cegid ERP as the authoritative Retail Management platform supporting altima's operational and financial workflows.

In 2015, altima implemented Salesforce Commerce Cloud to launch a new digital commerce offering in France. The project was led under the responsibility of the Responsable Pôle Demandware, who coordinated the go live and commercial launch activities for the eCommerce program.
The implementation focused on core commerce capabilities typical of the platform, including a configurable storefront, product catalog management, merchandising and promotions configuration, checkout orchestration, and order capture workflows. Salesforce Commerce Cloud was configured to support templated storefronts and business rules for catalog and pricing management, aligning with retail merchandising and digital marketing requirements.
Architecture and operational structure were aligned to a cloud hosted commerce runtime and the Demandware operational model, leveraging platform extensibility for site composition and runtime business logic. Governance was centralized under the Responsable Pôle Demandware with cross functional engagement from commerce, marketing, merchandising and IT teams to manage release cadence and operational ownership within the company in France.
