Operational coverage linked HR and safety functions with shop floor oversight and QCD Business Review activities, while greytHR managed Contractual Manpower Management, record management and deployment workflows. The implementation explicitly included UAN Generation for EPF as a statutory linkage and ongoing maintenance of HR registers, embedding greytHR into compliance, audit cadence and day to day HR coordination across Ambica Steels.
