The deployment was coordinated with the SoftExpert BPM solution to orchestrate approvals, escalations and exception handling, creating end to end content to process flows. Operational coverage focused on Ambiensa Ecuador functions supporting contract administration, claims processing and customer case documentation across the specified departments. Governance workstreams centralized records governance and access controls, introducing standardized retention rules, approval workflows and role based access across the covered teams. According to the vendor case study the launch in 2023 improved KPI visibility and operational agility and delivered an estimated 70% increase in productivity.
