In 2022, Ambit implemented Damco OptimaPro for Field Service Management. The implementation targeted Ambit Finvest field sales and loan origination operations across India, with Damco Solutions delivering the application and configuration to support distributed sales teams and branch operations.
Damco OptimaPro was configured to manage core field service workflows, including work order management, scheduling and dispatch, mobile field sales workflows and mobile data capture, aligning with typical Field Service Management functional modules. The deployment emphasized configurable job orchestration and role based task assignment to support loan origination case handling and on site customer engagement.
