The implementation positioned Azentio Amlock to support account opening workflows and continuous monitoring across the organization in Gurgaon, with a focus on account lifecycle tasks such as annual financial reviews, reactivation reviews and closed account reviews. Azentio Amlock was configured to deliver standard AML, Fraud and Compliance capabilities including customer due diligence CDD, enhanced due diligence EDD for high risk applications, sanctions and PEP screening, case management for alert triage, and transaction and fraud monitoring. The deployment included workflow automation for screening alerts and documented clearance processes for Bridger hits, along with structured quality review checkpoints to surface risk factors and red flags. The platform was used alongside third party screening and research tools identified in operational tooling, including LexisNexis, Bridger, Worldcheck, KYCsphere and Safewatch, and it was used in conjunction with Salesforce for case intake and with Excel and Google for reporting and analyst workpapers. These integrations supported screening data feeds, analyst investigation workflows and remediation tasks performed by the compliance and onboarding teams. Governance for the Azentio Amlock deployment emphasized adherence to the sanctions manual and internal policies in force, timely clearance of hits and escalation of process roadblocks for resolution. Operational ownership rested with compliance and financial analyst teams who executed KYC and KYB reviews, sanctions investigations, remediation and periodic quality assurance reviews within the Azentio Amlock environment.
