Tripleseat Legacy Tripleseat Event Management Collaboration n/a 2019 2019
In 2019 American Golf Corporation implemented Tripleseat for Event Management. The deployment began in July 2019 when the Print Shop Manager and Event Coordinator in Los Angeles took responsibility for coordinating event bookings and print production for over 70 facilities, and continued through January 2022. Tripleseat served as the primary event platform for managing bookings and client communication for a country club operation through the course sales office. The role combined account management and project management functions to centralize event intake and scheduling. Tripleseat was configured to manage event profiles, proposals, contract templates, and booking workflows, with calendar and resource scheduling used to orchestrate on site event logistics. Production workflows were created and mapped to event records, while a separate work order filing system and an inventory tracking system were implemented using Microsoft Excel and Adobe Suite to support print production operations. Operational capabilities included graphic design handoffs, print production task tracking, and scheduling for printing, cutting, bindery, lamination, and mounting. Time management, shipping coordination, and machine repair and maintenance processes were incorporated into standard operating procedures. The implementation operated alongside Fore Up and engaged the Marketing Department and course sales office to align creative assets with event requirements. Tripleseat was the central Event Management application used by event coordinators and sales staff to capture client requirements, generate proposals, and schedule resources across multiple facilities. The system usage covered both event coordination business functions and print shop production functions, linking booking data to production work orders and inventory needs. Governance rested with the Print Shop Manager and Event Coordinator who owned account management procedures, project tracking, and the work order filing conventions. Rollout and operationalization emphasized process discipline in inventory management and work order handling, with documented workflows and file based inventories maintained to ensure consistency across facilities. Regular coordination with marketing designers ensured quality control and timely delivery for customer facing event materials.
