Integrations were explicit and developer-driven, most notably a data integration built to the Anthill CRM platform using C#.Net and SQL to synchronize customer-related information and improve the customer journey. The program also incorporated a data warehouse layer created and maintained with SQL BIDS and Jet Data Manager to feed analytical reporting and support the Business Intelligence function. Governance and operational ownership rested with in-house IT and development resources who documented, created, tested, and maintained new routines in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, C#.NET, and Microsoft SQL. During a company administration event the NAV instance and associated reporting were used to pull consolidated data into a Virtual Data Room, ensuring business continuity while IT coordinated development, supervised junior developers, and maintained change control for the ERP Financial rollout.
