| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Dynamics NAV | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 American Golf implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV as an ERP Financial application to centralize financial management and reporting across its United Kingdom retail operations. The deployment focused on establishing a single NAV instance to host transactional finance data and to provide a stable data source for bespoke reporting and BI processes.
The Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation included initialization of a new ERP instance and configuration work to align core financial workflows, reporting, and bespoke application access to the NAV database. Internal development activities updated existing bespoke software and SSRS reporting to connect to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV database, and SQL Server administration supported the transactional and reporting layers.
Integrations were explicit and developer-driven, most notably a data integration built to the Anthill CRM platform using C#.Net and SQL to synchronize customer-related information and improve the customer journey. The program also incorporated a data warehouse layer created and maintained with SQL BIDS and Jet Data Manager to feed analytical reporting and support the Business Intelligence function.
Governance and operational ownership rested with in-house IT and development resources who documented, created, tested, and maintained new routines in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, C#.NET, and Microsoft SQL. During a company administration event the NAV instance and associated reporting were used to pull consolidated data into a Virtual Data Room, ensuring business continuity while IT coordinated development, supervised junior developers, and maintained change control for the ERP Financial rollout.

In 2017, American Golf implemented Eurostop EPOS to standardize point of sale for its retail operations in the United Kingdom. Eurostop EPOS serves as the primary Point Of Sale application for store-level sales transactions, till and receipt management, pricing and promotion execution, and inventory visibility, supporting retail business functions such as store operations, merchandising and finance.
The deployment is architected around store EPOS terminals paired with a centralized back-office configuration for catalogue and stock synchronization, sales reporting and reconciliation, reflecting typical Point Of Sale topology for a mid-market retailer. Eurostop EPOS operates alongside the company use of Google Workspace on its website and for corporate collaboration, with integrations oriented toward operational communications and administrative workflows, and governance centralized to maintain standardized retail workflows and configuration.

In 2019 American Golf implemented LivePerson Conversational Cloud on its website. The LivePerson Conversational Cloud deployment created a web chat channel to handle ecommerce and customer service interactions, aligning with Chatbots and Conversational AI use cases for real time messaging and asynchronous conversation handling on the company site serving United Kingdom customers. The implementation embedded the conversational widget into the ecommerce storefront to capture order inquiries, product guidance requests and post purchase support without referencing prior system names.
Configuration emphasized conversational routing, intent detection, session management and structured agent handoff, which are standard functional modules within Chatbots and Conversational AI. Operational coverage centered on customer service and online commerce teams, with governance focused on conversational script management, escalation protocols and phased rollout controls on the website. The deployment also instrumented LivePerson Conversational Cloud analytics to monitor conversation flows and support iterative tuning of intents and responses for ongoing conversational accuracy.
