The implementation emphasized automation of access provisioning and deprovisioning during testing, and coordinated cross functional planning with various groups to align forms and process logic with business functions. The deployment processed more than 600,000 order requests yearly and explicitly aimed to minimize human intervention and decrease SLAs in order handling. Operational outcomes described include published back-end workflows supporting custom web forms and sustained international support for live process instances.
