In 2022, ASR Group implemented RadiusOne AR Suite. The RadiusOne AR Suite is deployed as an AR Automation platform to centralize collections, deductions, dispute and cash application workflows across the company receivables function.
The implementation configured core modules aligned with AR Automation, including collections management, deductions and dispute workflow orchestration, automated cash application, and reporting and analytics to support weekly past due reporting and daily blocked invoice processing. Collection Analysts operate the configured workflows to manage assigned regional portfolios, escalate uncollectible items for internal resolution, and manage billing and collection of unearned cash discounts and invalid deductions.
RadiusOne AR Suite is integrated with ASR Group SAP for customer master, invoice and payment data, while teams continue to export reports to Microsoft Excel and Word for analysis and presentation. Operational coverage centers on collections and credit management teams in the United States, supporting bilingual communications and portfolio-level ownership of past due items.
Governance was formalized around a weekly past due report cadence and daily blocked report procedure, centralizing ownership for past due and deduction cases and standardizing negotiation and closure processes for open receivables. The deployment embedded AR Automation controls into billing and collections processes and formalized dispute and deduction workflows to align day to day collections activities with credit management expectations.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 ASR Group implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to address Core HR requirements and to instrument hire to retire processes in the cloud, with explicit coverage for RCM, ONB, and Reporting. The deployment focused on embedding Employee Central as the authoritative Core HR application for job, position, incentive and time off records across the organization.
The implementation defined a Custom MDF Solution for Incentive Management including a Custom MDF Acknowledgement object and an effective dated Incentive Management table to support annual maintenance. A Custom Incentive field with attributes was added to Job Info, and a Custom EC Alert was configured with a hyperlink to view the policy document. A Workflow and EC Alert business rule was assigned to Job Info to trigger emails to eligible employees, and a scheduled job was defined to run the EC Alert on a daily basis. A configurable UI for the Acknowledgement portlet was mapped to People Profile and role based permissions were assigned for Employee and Incentive admin groups.
Data flow and integration work included mapping incentive fields from RCM to ONB and mapping acknowledgement fields from ONB back to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Incentive fields were added to the Job Requisition and Offer templates, and an enhanced business rule was implemented to map fields from Position to Job Req when creating a requisition from a position. A lookup business rule updates the Incentive field on the Position object based on the custom table, and synchronization rules were defined and streamlined for Position to JobInfo and vice versa to manage bidirectional changes.
Core HR functional enhancements extended to benefits and time configuration, including improvements to the Benefits Config UI, benefit dependency and eligibility entitlement rules, and enhancements to the document center to generate experience letters via self service. Time off definitions included Holiday Calendar, Work Schedule and Time Profile in SF Employee Central Time Off, and accrual rules for annual accrual were defined using a seniority lookup in SF EC Time Off.
Reporting and operationalization included defining ad hoc table reports for annual summaries by incentive plan and monthly summaries by employee, plus the use of scheduled jobs and business rules to operationalize alerting and acknowledgements. Governance was implemented through role based permissions for the acknowledgement portlet and assignment of incentive administration roles, enabling ongoing maintenance of positions and the position hierarchy via the Position Organization Chart.
