In 2018 Amerifirst Home Mortgage implemented ICE Mortgage Black Knight MSP to deliver Black Knight's Servicing Digital mobile solution as part of its Loan Management strategy. The deployment was announced from Jacksonville, Florida and targeted the mortgage servicing function at Amerifirst Home Mortgage, a division of Amerifirst Financial Corp., to provide a consumer-facing channel for home and loan information and ongoing customer engagement.
Amerifirst used the native mobile app version of the Servicing Digital solution, which is part of Black Knight's LoanSphere platform, to present loan, home and neighborhood information dashboards in a user-oriented design. Functional capabilities implemented include personalized loan detail views, estimated home value reporting, recent neighborhood sales visibility, equity opportunity surfaced for customers, and refinance option guidance, driven by advanced analytics and automated valuation models.
Operationally the ICE Mortgage Black Knight MSP implementation accessed servicer-held loan data through the MSP system and leveraged Black Knight's property records database, analytics and AVMs to enrich customer views. The rollout focused on the Loan Servicing business function and customer-servicing workflows, providing 24 hour mobile access and a responsive web alternative to support continual engagement between servicers and borrowers.
Governance and rollout emphasized a first-to-market adoption of Servicing Digital at Amerifirst, with the servicer using the platform to standardize customer communication channels and automate delivery of value-add property and loan insights. Explicit outcomes reported include deeper customer relationships, increased retention potential and easier round the clock access to personalized mortgage and home value information.
