Export processing and compliance flows are operational in Merlin ERP, requiring MSDS review for hazardous classification, application of IATA packaging charges for air shipments, and dry ice handling for perishables. Operational coverage is primarily Sales and Customer Service with strong ties into Logistics, Warehouse and Finance functions, and the system is the primary transactional ledger for key accounts including Mercedes, Red Bull and Weston.
