Oracle Legacy Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP Financial ERP n/a 2010 2011
In 2010, AMP Capital implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as its ERP Financial platform to support property and fund accounting across its industrial portfolio. The deployment of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne was scoped to capture property level financial information and to centralize budgeting and forecasting workflows for a dedicated portfolio valued at AUD$800m. The Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementation focused on core financial modules and functional capabilities typical of ERP Financial systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, fixed asset management, budgeting and forecasting, and lease related accounting and reporting workflows. Configuration supported production and ownership of property P&L, capital budget cycles, internal fee calculations for leasing and capital works, and the financial aspects of asset plans and investment summaries. Operational integration linked Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne with MRI Cougar as the property and lease administration source of record, enabling exchange of lease administration and property management data used for portfolio reporting and valuation models. The deployment supported cross functional usage by Property Management, Asset Management, Property Accounting, Fund Accounting and Investment and Fund Managers, and it provided data feeds used for quarterly fund and corporate reporting and external audit processes. Governance and process changes centered on centralized ownership of portfolio level financial reporting, coordinated annual P&L and capital budget cycles, and workflows to keep JD Edwards data current through collaboration with the Lease Administration team. The implementation also established ongoing business change and data optimisation activities to maintain accuracy of forecasting models, support due diligence for property on boarding and off boarding, and deliver timely analytical support for internal stakeholders.

MRI Software Legacy MRI Investment Management Real Estate Investment ERP Services and Operations n/a 2010 2011
In 2010 AMP Capital implemented MRI Investment Management. AMP Capital uses MRI Investment Management within Real Estate Investment to centralize property-level financial information for its NSW industrial portfolio, supporting asset management and fund reporting across properties valued around AUD$800m. The implementation consolidated functional capabilities typical of Real Estate Investment systems, including property P&L production, annual capital budgeting, rolling forecasts, portfolio-level financial and non-financial reporting, and maintenance of internal valuation models. MRI Investment Management was configured to support leasing deal analysis with cashflow forecasting and IRR calculations, fee calculations for internal services, and to host the Cougar forecasting models maintained by finance teams. MRI Investment Management was operated alongside Cougar and integrated operationally with JD Edwards for lease administration and accounting data synchronization, ensuring JDE was kept up to date with lease and property financial information. Operational users included on-site property management, property accounting, asset management teams, investment and fund managers, and lease administration. The deployment focused on AMP Capital's industrial property operations in Sydney and broader NSW. Governance centered on a single ownership model for property-level financial reporting, with the Commercial Finance Manager coordinating annual P&L cycles, capital budgets and forecasts, and owning portfolio reporting and asset plan financial content. The role also drove Cougar model maintenance and enhancements, participated in systems and data optimisation projects, and managed due diligence for property on-boarding and off-boarding while liaising with external auditors. Workflows integrated forecasting, valuation and leasing analysis into investment decision support and quarterly fund reporting.
