In 2020, Amplity Health implemented Workday Financial Management. Workday Financial Management was deployed as the ERP Financial component of a centralized Workday environment, configured to support the companys finance operations alongside HR and project accounting.
The implementation covered core finance and project accounting configuration and was delivered in tandem with Human Capital modules. Documentation and business rule design were completed for HCM areas including Human Capital Management, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking and Benefits, and a Phase 2 rollout extended Workday to Advanced Compensation and Performance, Talent and Succession Planning.
Integrations were a key part of the architecture, with payroll, benefits, helpdesk and other vendor partners integrated into the single Workday environment. The program also built a Data Warehouse to centralize data from Workday, Salesforce Reporting and InContact, automating report flows from Salesforce and InContact, and planning further ingestion from Salesforce Veeva and Jlodge into the warehouse and downstream business intelligence tooling. MuleSoft was used as the middleware platform to integrate with multiple benefit vendors and to orchestrate vendor connectivity.
Governance and operational readiness included documented requirements and business rules for HCM and finance processes, coordination between development and testing teams to meet scalability and performance requirements, and a Workday go live in April 2020. The implementation functionally impacted HR, Finance and Project organizations, and established centralized reporting and integration patterns for ongoing data consolidation and vendor orchestration.

In 2020, Amplity Health implemented Workday Absence Management as part of a companywide Workday HR, Finance and Projects ERP program that went live in April 2020. This deployment targeted Absence and Leave Management capabilities and was positioned alongside core HCM modules to create a unified employee administration platform.
The implementation included formal documentation of requirements and business rules for Absence, Time Tracking and Benefits modules, with configuration work focused on absence entitlement rules, leave types, eligibility workflows and time integration logic. Workday Absence Management was configured to align with the documented HCM processes and to support automation of absence tracking and reporting for HR and payroll teams.
Integrations were a key element of the scope, with Workday data flows consolidated into a centralized Data Warehouse that also ingested Salesforce reporting and InContact exports. The project integrated payroll, benefits, helpdesk and other vendor partners into a single system of record, and the team collaborated with a MuleSoft middleware team to orchestrate benefit vendor connectivity and sustained interface monitoring.
Governance and rollout emphasized cross-functional coordination between business analysts, developers and HR operations, with formalized business rules and staged phases. The initial go-live in April 2020 was followed by a Phase 2 program that expanded Workday to Advanced Compensation, Performance, Talent and Succession Planning, preserving the Absence and Leave Management configuration as part of the broader HCM governance framework.

| Cisco Systems | Legacy | Cisco Webex Meetings | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Amplity Health deployed Cisco Webex Meetings. Amplity Health uses Cisco Webex Meetings on their website as its Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution to support virtual collaboration for client interactions and internal meetings.
Cisco Webex Meetings was configured to deliver core Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities including video and audio conferencing, screen sharing, meeting scheduling, recording controls and host-level participant management, aligning with common conferencing workflows. The deployment emphasizes browser-based join flows and embedded meeting entry points on the corporate site to streamline external participant access and reduce friction for remote sessions.
Operational coverage centers on the web-facing meeting layer hosted via the corporate site, supporting customer engagement and internal collaboration use cases across the organization. No specific backend system integrations were disclosed in the source, therefore the implementation narrative centers on the front-end conferencing footprint and access model rather than integration touchpoints.
Governance for this Audio Video and Web Conferencing deployment is consistent with administrative controls such as host permissions, meeting policy configuration and participant moderation to manage usage and compliance for web-based meetings. Amplity Health Cisco Webex Meetings is positioned as the web-facing conferencing layer on the company site to enable scheduled and ad hoc virtual sessions.
