Schoox Legacy Schoox Learning Management Learning and Development HCM n/a 2025 2025
In 2025 Amsted Industries implemented Schoox Learning Management to centralize and modernize Learning and Development across its global manufacturing footprint. The deployment targeted roughly 8,000 learners across 75 locations in 13 countries and was designed to serve four independent business units while preserving local decision making and operational flexibility. The Schoox Learning Management configuration emphasized personalized learning workflows, using AI-driven recommendations and role, skills, and career aspiration based pathways. Functional capabilities implemented include mobile-first course delivery, multi-language localization, onboarding automation that provisions new hires on day one, course creation and content management tied to a shared content library, compliance training automation, and interactive analytics and reporting dashboards. Integrations were built to connect Schoox Learning Management with Amsted’s HR systems for user provisioning and single sign on, and with external content marketplaces to provide instant access to third party courses. The platform was validated against Amsted’s security and compliance requirements and supported 24/7 technical support for distributed shift operations, creating a unified learning data layer for visibility into completion, skill gaps, and training assignments across sites. Governance and rollout used a cross functional model, with learning champions from each business unit and workforce personas developed from employee interviews and surveys to inform configuration and content strategies. A unified implementation plan balanced enterprise consistency with business unit autonomy, and ongoing feedback loops were established to refine L&D offerings and reporting structures. Outcomes explicitly surfaced by Amsted include a simplified administrator experience, automated compliance tracking, immediate access to learning for new hires, and improved visibility into skills and learning activity to support future skills based development. Amsted plans to extend Schoox Learning Management analytics toward skills mapping and authorization of equipment operation privileges, linking training activities to key performance indicators such as employee retention.
