Engage Process Legacy Engage Process BPM Process Mining Analytics and BI n/a 2013 2014
In 2013, Amsterdam School of International Business implemented Engage Process BPM as a Process Mining initiative to optimize the figures entry workflow at its International Business School. The Engage Process BPM deployment focused on process discovery and visualization across data entry and financial reporting touchpoints, targeting end to end mapping and bottleneck identification. The project used the Engage Process Modeler to map the end to end process, capture process variants, and surface throughput constraints. Configuration emphasized model driven process mapping, root cause visualization, and documentation of specific points for improvement consistent with Process Mining functional workflows. After executing the mapping and analysis, bottlenecks were identified and targeted improvement points were written, and an extensive recommendation report described optimization possibilities. The engagement produced governance oriented artifacts for process redesign and operational control over reporting and data entry activities, enabling the institution to prioritize implementation of the documented recommendations.
