Infor Legacy Infor SunSystems ERP Financial ERP n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, AmTrust International implemented Infor SunSystems as its ERP Financial platform to centralize General Ledger Accounting across several group entities. The deployment focused on standardizing journal handling workflows, including preparation, review and posting of journal entries. Infor SunSystems was configured with General Ledger modules, a multi entity chart of accounts, multicurrency accounting and period close controls to support group consolidation and statutory reporting. Configuration emphasized journal entry validation, approval routing and posting automation to align finance operations across entities. The implementation integrated journal exchange and posting interfaces with Oracle ERP and JDE Edwards instances used by certain business units, enabling Infor SunSystems to act as the central ledger hub for those entities. Integration work covered inbound journal loads, outbound posting confirmations and reconciliation feeds to maintain ledger synchronization and consistent posting records. Operational coverage included corporate finance teams responsible for general ledger accounting, month end close and intercompany reconciliation across the group. Governance introduced controlled workflows for review and posting, audit trails for journal approvals and standardized close procedures to reduce fragmentation in accounting processes.

Workday Legacy Workday Benefits Benefits Administration HCM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, AmTrust International implemented Workday Benefits, adopting the Benefits Administration application to centralize employee benefits management. The initial deployment targeted benefits administration for a population described in recruiting notes, covering roughly 1600 employees across 16 countries, with approximately two thirds based in the UK. The Workday Benefits implementation was positioned to support both day to day administration and longer term benefits planning at the enterprise level. The implementation emphasized standard Benefits Administration capabilities, including benefits plan configuration, eligibility rule engines, enrollment workflows, lifecycle event processing, and reporting. Configuration prioritized rule based eligibility driven by employee demographics and organizational assignment data held in the Workday HR system. Automated enrollment and lifecycle workflows were configured to enable self service employee enrollment and to route approvals through HR and manager channels. Workday Benefits was embedded within AmTrust International's Workday HR ecosystem, consuming headcount and assignment data to enforce eligibility and plan assignment. Operational ownership was centered in the HR benefits and wellness function based in London, with responsibilities extending to regional HR leads across covered countries. The role of Benefits and Wellness Consultant was defined to provide day to day management and to lead strategic projects such as the 2023 benefits planning cycle for UK and international populations. Governance established centralized benefits policy configuration while accommodating country specific plan variations through configuration controls and localized plan setups. Change control and benefits lifecycle governance were routed through the HR benefits function and the appointed Benefits and Wellness Consultant to support ongoing plan maintenance and international rollout coordination.

SAP Legacy SAP Concur Travel Travel Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2018 2019
In 2018 AmTrust International implemented SAP Concur Travel to centralize corporate travel booking and expense orchestration. SAP Concur Travel was deployed as the Travel Management platform to manage UK and Ireland corporate travel programmes and to serve as the operational conduit between AmTrust, its Travel Management Company and the Global Travel Manager in the US. The deployment emphasized travel booking, expense capture, and policy enforcement modules within SAP Concur Travel, configured for company travel policy controls and iExpense workflows. The Procurement Officer functioned as a Super User for SAP Concur Travel and Evolvi platforms, providing application configuration, user support, and local process tuning. In 2019 Procurement and Finance aligned systems by migrating to Oracle Purchase to Pay, which established a coordinated procurement and iExpense environment alongside SAP Concur Travel. Operational scope extended across procurement for entities in the UK and Ireland, Spain, Italy, Sweden and Norway, while corporate travel management remained focused on UK and Ireland operations. Integrations and operational links explicitly included the Travel Management Company relationship and coordination with the Global Travel Manager in the US, and platform-level alignment with Evolvi and Oracle Purchase to Pay for procurement and expense processes. The narrative positions SAP Concur Travel as the central Travel Management application interfacing with procurement and finance workflows. Governance relied on a Super User model and hands-on rollout tactics, with one-to-one in-person support in the London office and remote support via Teams for other locations, and training focused on Procurement and iExpense modules. Processes were restructured to align travel booking, expense capture, and purchase-to-pay workflows across procurement and finance systems.
